How long does the shipping take?

The estimated shipping times are as follows:

* We do not ship to Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and Chatham Island.


Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Shipping is for no-signature required. The courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at your address. Please provide specific delivery instructions when placing an order. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. 

Please let us know if you would like a signature upon delivery (at an additional cost).

Do you ship overseas?

MiXED is a New Zealand-owned and operated business. We currently ship only within New Zealand.


What is your return and refund policy?

For your peace of mind, we offer easy exchanges or refunds on all full-priced items purchased within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges will be provided on any sale items. Please see our T&Cs for full details.


To arrange a return, email info@mixed.nz with your name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.
